Osterman Consulting is able to review the whole D&B process of a mine from short term planning, design down to implementation and optimisation. To offer a complete package we generally recommend a review of the Site Operational Procedures (SOP) followed by an audit of the procedures against the SOP’s. Specialising in D&B Design and Performance Monitoring, we are able to offer a complete package to help optimise operations once the site KPI’s are identified.

OC has built a review system that compares the mine procedures to best practices, scoring the site on all its D&B procedures against best practices as well as recommending improvement. The aim is to run the review on an annual basis to access the improvements from year to year.
